本作は、いまも往時のままに“冷凍保存”されている岡本太郎のアトリエで収録されたセッションをYouTube上で公開する〈Days of Delight Atelier Concert〉の中から、選りすぐりのソロパフォーマンスをコンパイルしたものです。日本ジャズ界のエースたちが、非日常の芸術空間を舞台に渾身のソロプレイを繰り広げます。登場するプレイヤーは次の11人です。
